RETURNS POLICY... 

If, for any reason you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have purchased, please notify us by email hello@itzado.co.uk 

 

You have the right to return item's to us within 14 day's of receipt for a full refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition and with the original packaging. 

You are entitled to a refund of both the goods and the initial delivery charge. 

If you wish to return some of the products, but not the whole order, we will refund the original purchase price of the refunded item's but not the delivery charge or the return postage.
